Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Full Payment Is Required 45 Days Prior to Date Of Arrival. A Rental Agreement Must Be Executed Prior
- $150 Security/Damage Deposit & $100 Cleaning Fee.
For 6-month rental, we require 3-monts in advance plus the security deposit/damage deposit and cleaning fee.
For an annual lease, first and last month's rent plus security/damage & cleaning fee.
If paid through PayPal, deposit will be returned same day as checkout.
Check-in instructions will be conveyed 1 week prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payments Refunded Only If Reservation Is Canceled 45 Or More Days Prior To Reservation Date. A processing fee of 50% of Total Deposit Will Apply. - CONDITIONS:
All Guest Occupants Must Be Non-Smokers.
Pets Are Not Welcome Due To Guest Allergies and Potential Flea and Mite Infestations.
Minimum stay of 181 days is required.

- We added an outside shower about a year ago and it is a big hit with kids, young adults and just about everyone. It is a great place to stop on the way back from the beach to rinse away the sand and salt. There is soap and shampoo there to make it complete. We will be adding a privacy fence by year-end to make this the most popular place to shower. Why shower inside when you are in the tropics.

- Three bedrooms with walk-in closets and plenty of awning windows to enjoy the tropical breezes. All rooms have dressers, ceiling fans, and accessories that make the Florida vacation complete. The master bedroom has a 17 inch television. Bedroom 2 has a 9 innch television. The living room is expansive. has a 26 inch color TV, wireless Internet, and has a futon that has a very comfortable queen-size mattress that comfortably sleeps two.
