Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Our standard Reservation Deposit is the amount of 50% of price of Total stay inc.Refundable Damage Deposit. The remaining balance is due 45 days in advance of your arrival. Posted rates include taxes.

These fees include a complete housekeeping prior to your arrival and upon your departure. Complementary housekeeping service(s) will be provided for stays longer than 10 days - please inquire with owner. Additional housekeeping may be arranged during your stay for an additional fee. Arrangements for additional housekeeping are to be scheduled through this property owner.
For guests suffering from environmental sensitivities, it is possible to have the mattresses treated with a UV Light Sterilization process. This process eliminates most dust mites, molds, etc. As it is a time-consuming process, an additional fee applies. - We have found that many people visit St. Thomas in order to celebrate a special occasion. Should this be one of the reasons for your visit, we are happy to assist you in planning for that special occasion prior to your arrival. Please notify us of the occasion when you reserve your stay in Paradise. From chilled champagne to a decorated cake or a 'special something', we can recommend our favorite sources. - Paradise provides you with two full bathrooms, both with beautiful tiled floors. The bathroom in the Master Suite has a large sink vanity with a full-sized mirror above. A fully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat has been recently added which enhances the feeling of luxury. Plenty of area is available both inside the bathroom, and the the foyer of the Master Suite for dressing in comfort. The 'guest' room has a toilet and tub/shower combination adjoining the oversized vanity/dressing area...perfect for bathing Little Ones, or a bubble bath for you! These two areas feature windows above the shower and above the vanity mirrors. Both bathrooms are furnished with plenty of plush 100% cotton towels., and, should you need them, special face cloths for makeup removal. Introductory supplies of eco-friendly organic shampoo, conditioner, body soap, wash, shower caps and lotion are provided to get you started. We also provide introductory rolls of toilet paper.

- Our Caribbean-inspired bedrooms are furnished with 300 (or more) count 100% cotton linens, organic cotton if requested. The Master Bedroom suite opens onto the wonderful 30' long balcony - the perfect place for a morning coffee. We leave the slider open and fall asleep to the sound of the sea - caressed by the balmy tradewinds. You can also lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the Caribbean...does it get any better than that? The second, 'guest' bedroom has twin beds that may be arranged as a king should you desire this. Both bedrooms have air conditioners, ceiling fans, and tiled floors which assist in keeping the rooms comfortable even during the warmest of days. Built-in closets are in both bedrooms. The Master Bedroom closet is also furnished with a new keyless entry safe. Should you desire, the mattresses can be UV Light Sterilized (additional fee) to virtually eliminate dust mites, molds, and germs - providing the optimum allergen-free environment for sensitive folks.

Paradise is a non-smoking, low-allergen suite perfectly located on Bolongo Bay. We searched the entire island prior to purchase (May 2009) to find any property that provides all the many wonderful amenities available here on Bolongo Bay - and not one came close! The beach, the pools, the restaurants...all so convenient! Our proximity to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort provides access to the onsite PADI dive shop (learn to dive or snorkel!), catamaran sails (53' Heavenly Days), fitness center, masseuse, excursions, and the swim up bar. You can have a wonderful time right here.
New additions to Paradise include 4 new beach chairs - 2 are back-pack style (put the towels in and go!) - 2 coolers, 2 adult snorkel sets, 2 child snorkel sets, plenty of beach toys and floats, toys, books, games, a DVD player...everyone will have FUN! Care to grill? Our new 10-burger sized electric grill can be used inside or on the balcony. New entry shelves keep your sunglasses and keys easy to find. Enjoy!
