- Safety deposit of $200.00 is required to cover damages. No damages the $200 would be returned.
- Electronic payments accepted (Pay Pal). Cable and Internet Included. If the guest do not return the key on time a charge of one night would be deducted from the safety deposit. Deposit would be returned once the property is inspected, not later than five working days after check out.
- One week equals seven (7) days and six (6) nights.
