Cleaning is $50 for 1-4 people, $10 per person for more than 4. Each dog adds an extra cleaning fee of $20.
I need 1/2 rent + refundable security to secure dates; 1/2 rent + cleaning is due 1 month before arrival.
I can take payment via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover), PayPal or personal check. - Refundable security deposit ranges from $100 to $300, depending on number in group and length of stay.
Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of leaving, assuming house is OK. Each dog adds an extra $50 refundable security.
Check-in is 4pm; check-out is 11am, unless pre-arranged with owner.
