Signed rental agreement and $200 fully refundable security deposit required to book reservation (sent back 10 'business' days after checkout). No pets are allowed in this condo. Also this is a non smoking condo.
- Holiday rates apply for New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Last minute stays (booking week of check-in) are negotiable and require payment via PayPal (there is a 2.9% plus $0.30 fee per transaction that renter must pay).
