La Paz Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Seasonal rates from $900.00 US dollars plus 13% Mexican hotel tax. Holiday rates for Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving are $1,125 per night. All reservations require a $600 refundable security deposit at booking.
- Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to initial rent date. Funds may be applied to another rental of this casa within one year of cancellation - price could vary. Change fee - $100.00
Experienced cook and chauffeur available with prior arrangement (fee).
