Bodega Bay House Details

Year Purchased: 1972: My mother and father purchased this house in 1972. Since then, my family has stayed there many times. We live within a hour of the house so it was nice to have weekend get-a-ways.

Why the Owner Chose Bodega Bay: We chose to buy this vacation rental because it is walking distance from the water. It also has its own private driveway where multiple families could park for the weekend. It sleeps up to 10-12 people so we would have our family reunions and other large gatherings there without feeling cramped.

The Unique Benefits of this House: Our property is unique because it is equipped with large bay windows that have a wonderful view of the ocean. While cooking breakfast or dinner in the kitchen you can witness the spectacular sunsets. There is also a patio and patio furniture with an enclosed deck for viewing the ocean.

Other Activities: Wine Tasting, near a Robert Trent Jones designed Golf Course, short distance to roads used in the Bike Tour of California.
