Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rate from $900 to $1750 plus taxes
- $900 - $1750 weekly plus taxes, cleaning fee if less than 6 days
Price Guidelines:
Low Season - January, February, May, September
Middle Season - March, April, October, November, December
High Season - June, July, August
Peak Season – Week before/after Easter, all holidays, school breaks
*** Pool/Spa heat is $180 weekly or $26 daily
Special Rate - Check with owner for promotions and monthly rates - Reservation Deposit is 30% of rental cost.
Refundable Security Deposit is $300
Final payment due 8 weeks prior check-in date

• PayPal (3.1% transaction fees for the domestic and 4.2% for the international)
