The town has two museums, several art galleries, interesting Old Florida boutiques and shops. Boat and kayak rentals are available a few blocks away. Visit the Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park and enjoy nature tours such as swimming with Manatees in Crystal River 1.25 hours away or visit Manatee Springs State park in Chiefland, 45 minutes from Cedar Key.
