- We have been renting these cabins since 2008 and have not yet found a reason to charge cleaning and breakage fees Good old country trust has worked for four years. Rogers Cabin is available year around it is heated with electric heated cooled with open windows and a fan. Just $75 per night + 9% tax will put you sleeping in a turn of the 20th century log cabin. These types of accommodations are not that common in Arizona or any other state.
