The lower level features a second family room, which is perfect for teens and a great separate space. It offers plenty of seating, games, cable TV, ping pong table and library. This lower level also has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower/bath. Towels and bed linens are included.

There is an outside shower and gas grill ready to use, along with deck furniture and beach chairs to use on your private beach. There is a secure garage for one car and parking for an additional 2-3 cars. Towels and bed linens are included. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large parties or wedding functions.
