Andover House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Lower Rates are available for the 1200 sq ft downstairs apt. Maximum of 1 family/4 people. Extra person 20/nt. Six people max.Cleaning fee will vary depending on length of stay and number of people, but will be determined before rental. Pets OK. A refundable security deposit of 300 will also be collected. For a seasonal rental of either the downstairs or upstairs, owner will use the non rented portion. We are a family of 4.
- Above rates are for the entire house, upstairs and downstairs apartment. Rate is for 10 people. Extra person 20/nt, 14 people max.Cleaning fee will vary depending on number of people and length of stay. Monthly rate is for a 4 month minimum seasonal rental, entire house. A refundable security deposit of 500 will also be collected. Seasonal rental includes everything except trash removal and linens.
