Close to other theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Holyland, Silver Springs, Gatorland, Wet'nWild. 45 minutes to Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, etc). 1 hour to Gulf of Mexico (Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater, etc). Many dinner shows and restaurants within 1 mile (on Rt 192). Close to many golf courses.
