Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our condo is available for rent year-round, with no minimum stay restrictions.
- To reserve the condo, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 2 nights for rentals of less than 10 days. For rental periods of 10 days or more, we request a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.
For longer term rentals, a security deposit may also be requested (typically $500, but disclosed in the Rental Agreement).
One complimentary cleaning is included per week in short-term rentals (typically a month or less), but additional cleanings can be arranged for a nominal fee should a guest request it. Longer-term rental cleanings will be arranged per the guest's preferences and confirmed in the rental agreement.
