- All rooms are large but our bathrooms are extremely large. The Grand Victorian is wheel chair accessible and right on the beach. We also have parking space ONE right next to the lobby. This parking space is perfect for Handy Cap parking. This Condo Unit is located right next to the elevator so you won't be walking down long hall walls to get to this Unit! Linens are provided for bed and bath. We also have beach towels and beach chairs. In the living room we have a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD Player. Master bedroom has a 37 inch flat screen TV & DVD player, Cable & Wireless internet is included. This is a Beautiful Luxury Condominium is decorated with class and it's very comfortabe too! Old Orchard Beach Maine is the place to be and we have everything you would need. So don't over pack!

- Our MASTER bedroom is large and is impeccably decorated with a low KiNG size bed and a 37 inch flat screen TV and DVD Player. Our extremely large bathrooms that are perfect for wheel chairs too. There is a door to the balcony from the master room as well We Also Have Two Top Of The Line Comfortable 'Hospitality' Twin Rollaway Bed's! They are 39' wide deluxe Heavy Duty Angle Steel Rollaway w/Coil Spring Unit & 6' Interspring Mattress with 8' wheels. This is 'HEIRLOOM QUALITY' and will accommodate nearly every need for extra capacity and comfortable sleeping. Our GUEST bedroom is also large and has a QUEEN size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. You will love ALL our mattresses because they are very comfortable! Everything is like new and very clean!

Just walk outside of the GV and check out the beach, the OOB Pier, the Amusement Park, Restaurants, Shops, nightly entertainment including dancing at the end of the Pier, plus weekly fireworks and concerts, fishing, golf, whale watch tours, and so much more. Check it out it's all walking distants from the condo and only 20 minutes from the Portland Airport.
The Grand Victorian has 51 individually own condo's with 46 Units that have Balcony Ocean Views that is located right on the beach in Old Orchard Beach Maine on 1 East Grand Aveune and a friendly staff.
You will just love this condo! I have lots of people who stay here for their honey moon too. Our condo is that Gorgeous! You won't find another condo decorated like this one!
