Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Please note that we have different rates for rentals of the entire house, including all three floors, (7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) and rental of just two floors (5 bedrooms, 4 baths), depending on your needs. 3rd floor bathroom is not available in winter. Weekly rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday, unless special arrangements are made. We will consider a different arrival and departure date, but we have a 7 night minimum during the summer.
• Cleaning fee for 12+ people (3 floors): $400.
• Cleaning fee for 10 people (2 floors): $300.
• Additional $50. cleaning fee for pets.
• At this time do not rent our house for weddings.
• We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. - Reservation Procedure:
• Reservation Deposit in the amount of $1500. and executed Rental Agreement due within 5-days of booking.
• Reservation Deposit shall become the refundable Damage Deposit.
• 50% Rent (including 7% Maine tax and cleaning fee) shall be due 60 days of arrival date, and the final 50% Rent shall be due 14 days from the arrival date.
• Upon arrival the Reservation Deposit shall become the refundable Damage Deposit. Damage Deposit less any reductions for damages (see Rental Agreement) shall be returned by U.S. Mail within 7 days.
