Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices for occupation with 4. Each additional person 25 €/day (at least 1 week). Linens & bath towels (1 set/person/week), overheads, electricity, water, warm water, phone costs for local calls, broadband internet, Wi-Fi & air conditioning included. Should the electricity consumption exceed 100 kWh per week, 0.30 Euro/kWh will be charged additionally. Final cleaning upstairs 180 €, downstairs 90 €. Heating cost 10 €/day. The deposit for an occupation with 4 people is (€ 350) has to be paid with the rent & will be reimbursed within 1 month after the end of the stay, provided no damage occurred. In case of a booking with more than 4 people, the deposit is increased by € 50/person. The rent has to be paid in advance, a pre-payment of 30 % is required at the conclusion of contract, the balance at least 6 weeks before arrival. 7% early bird discount for bookings 9 months before arrival date. 10% discount for lettings from 4 weeks. A cot can be provided for a one-time fee of € 30.
- Groups of up to 4 adults have the first floor available. Groups of more than 4 adults can additionally use the studio on the ground floor. The canoe, the boat, the table tennis table and various beach toys are provided free of charge. As they are not part of the rent, there is no legal right to them. If they are not provided, no reason for a rent decrease or similar claims occurs. Anyhow, those items have to be used carefully and have to be left clean on their dedicated places on the day of your departure. Ouboard engine for the boat cen be rented for 200 €. Security deposit for the engine is 150 €. An additional set of linen can be rented for €25.
- Stays during winter: Between October and April from 9 weeks, we offer a discount of 30%, yet the costs for heating oil and electricity have to be paid by the tenant. The house has an oil central heating. The village is also inhabited during winter time. All shops are open 7 days a week. The supermarket, the butcher, the village store, the cafés and taverns can be easily reached on foot. One hour away by car the famous ski resort of Kalavrita is located. From here you easily reach the Greek 'Carnival cities' of Patras and Loutraki. The spa and bathing resort of Loutraki with healing and spring waters and a casino are to be found in 20 km.

- The bathrooms are small and simple, yet clean and fully functioning. The sanitary installations are only 2 years old. The bathroom on the ground floor has a simple shower facility without shower base. The exterior shower in the garden is not only fun for children.

The travel cot with additional mattress and fly screen can be rented for a one-time fee of €30. The apartment on the ground floor (studio) is simpler in regards to architecture and furnishing. Memorable sunrises from the living room and the balcony can be experienced. The fitted kitchen offers sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and electronic devices. Bath & hand towels are for usage in the bathrooms only. It is not permitted to use bathroom towels on the beach. In each bathroom you find a hairdryer.

In the built-in kitchen you will find all comfort, like a Miele dishwasher with cutlery basket, microwave, hand mixer, kettle and a lot more. The second simple kitchen on the ground floor also has a 4-ring-stove and an exhaust hood. The washing machine and the dryer (both Miele), with instructions in German, are on the ground floor. Bed linens, bath and tea towels are included in the price. Please bring along your own beach towels. Air conditioning and alarm system in the whole house. The canoe and various beach games can be used for free. The nice manager is present on site and ready to help you almost 24 hours a day! You can gather in the large garden with lemon, olive and fig trees. The whole garden has lawn as well as a lot of sunny and shady places.
