Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Mid-Week Rentals: 25% discount on all Nightly rentals Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (not including Holidays)
Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving : $450.00 per night with a 4 night minimum
Deposits: A 50% deposit is due at booking and will be charged to your credit card at that time. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the entire rental fee is due and payable at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit: A $250.00 refundable Damage Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-In time is after 3:00pm on the arrival date, but can be adjusted to earlier if available. Check-Out is 10:00 am on the departure date. - Cancellations: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded 100% of the Deposit. No refunds are available after that time.
Balance Due: The balance of all remaining rental fees is due and payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. The original credit card used at the time of booking will be charged for the balance unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time. Failure to remit the balance due without explicitly canceling a reservation according to the provisions above, will cause Renter to forfeit the Deposit.
