Ruidoso House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $150 security fee is required which is refunded to you after housekeeping releases our home.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rent due is required to block your dates and there is no guarantee of dates until the deposit is received. The rest of the rent and fees, will be due 14 days before arrival. There is a 2-night minimum, no exceptions. Rent 3 or more days and the cleaning fee is waived! There will be a $150 security fee which is refunded back to the guest, after housekeeping inspects the home. Credit cards are welcome. Pets are an additional $50 per pet.
