Arrowhead Lake Chalet Details
Rental Rules: We require a refundable security deposit which will be returned within 45 days of rental after property is inspected if there are no problems. There is also a cleaning fee. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. And tenants shall provide bed linens & towels. Arrowhead Lake is a gated community and requires renters over the age of 6 to purchase amenity badges from Memorial thru Labor Day for use of the lakes & pools. Weekly/Daily badges are per person. Renters must also purchase a gate pass per vehicle to gain access to the community. Please note that we would like to offer a clean house for comfortable vacations so please do not contact us if you cannot leave the property as you found it. Thank you!
