We also suggest you purchase at nominal fee protection insurance through HOMEAWAY, in the unlikely event any damages are sustained to the property due to negligence during your stay for you will be held financially responsible for any damages

- The master bedroom has been freshly painted and newly installed carpet through out the condo. It is king bedded with Egyptian cotton 350 thread count sheets and a plush comforter. The bedroom has an armoire with a 27 inch TV with a selection of cable channels and ample drawer space. It also has a comfortable lounge chair with a foot stool. The bedroom also connects through sliding glass doors to the tiled sunroom. The second bedroom has been freshly painted as well and has a queen bed. Although not as large as large as the master bedroom it is very cozy. It has a walk-in closet, dresser with make-up mirror, two nightstands and a VCR.
