Additional guests cost 10$ per adult/child per night. Up to a max. of 9 guests in total.

This usually covers all costs with moderate use of AC & pool heater.
The monthly rate is for 4 weeks, not a calendar month.
Optional: queen sized, about 2.2ft high comfortable airbed in the office. Price: +70$ per stay (flat rate, not per night).
Payment Information:
Pre-Payment to confirm the booking within 10 days after booking: 400 USD.
Security deposit: 400 USD for the house, 400 USD für the boat.
Full payment due 30 days before check-in.
Security deposit refund: within 30 days after check-out.
Accepted payment methods: check, wire transfer (USD, EUR, CHF), Paypal & credit card payments, cash at check-in (e.g. for bookings on short notice). - Weekly rate for the boat: 599 USD. Special monthly rate for the boat: 1699 USD.
The monthly rate is for 4 weeks, not a calendar month.
Boat rental is recommended / expected; if you don't rent the boat, weekly house rate is +200 USD.
Boat check-in and instructions by our boat manager (about 30min) are free / included in the price.
SeaTow Gold Membership is included. We've never needed it though. The boat is running great.
The boat is 42mph fast and simply great for fishing, boating, relaxing, swimming, diving, visiting beaches and waterfront restaurants. The boat's GPS unit makes it very easy to navigate the Cape Coral waters and find the best restaurants, beach locations and fishing spots. The boat has a small but clean & functional bathroom and freshwater showers. The boat is quite spacious and fine for up to 10 passengers. The boat is serviced every 100 engine hours and runs fast, smooth and very reliably.
