Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning at the end of stay is included in the room rate/ Optional cleaning during stay is extra.
- Certain Holiday periods are more expensive and will be quoted at time of reservation.
Monthly rates do not include utilities (Electricity, gas, telephone or cable) - Renter has choice of 25% refundable deposit or non-refundable $39 renters insurance.
