Monthly Renters: The reservation/damage deposit is $500. Cancellations made 60 days or more preceding the check-in date will be fully refunded minus a $30 administrative fee. The deposit is kept if cancellations are made less than 60 days from the check-in date. Monthly renters wanting to shorten their stay must notify T2KM, Inc. at least 30 days or more preceding the check-in date and will be charged the weekly rate for any periods less than 30 consecutive days.
