All rentals: 50% of total rental due at time of reservation, with remaining balance (including applicable taxes and cleaning fee) due 24 hours prior to arrival
15% Discount for a 3-month stay or longer - Deposits & Payments
Deposit and rental payments may be made by credit card, cash or certified check (no personal checks)
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 30 days - 100% refund
15-30 days -100% refund, less a $75 processing fee
15 days or less - no refund, and you will be responsible for any loss in revenues for the period you have reserved
