San Miguel de Allende Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rate is $1900
- There is a $250 per week charge to keep the jacuzzi heated. Rental rate includes a housekeeper/cook, a laundress, and a gardener. We will make recommendations to you for tips, but their wages are included in your rental fee.
It is very important to note that we have lowered our weekly rental rate because our beloved cat has to be a part of the rental agreement. Although our cat is cared for by our staff, renters of our home would have to be cat fans. - Five years ago we rented this house, which obviously we then purchased, for $2500 per week. We are now renting it, fully-staffed and outfitted, for $1900 per week. The ONLY reason for the discounted rate is that we have to include our cat, BeBe, in the agreement. She is mostly cared for by our staff, but if you have an issue with having a cat in your life, our Casa Arbol is not for you. THOUGHT YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW THIS SMALL DETAIL.

- Each bedroom suite is tastefully furnished and complete with a full en suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are large and each one has a lovely view over the orchid garden that abuts the villa's property. All sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. In-house laundry service is also provided daily. Each bedroom suite offers full privacy and opportunities for quiet and rest, if you wish. In room intercom service is connected to the kitchen and to the Main Suite. Closets and dressers are commodious enough to accommodate your vacation clothing. There are no televisions in any of the bedrooms. The one television in the villa is in a Media Room separating Suites 2 and 3 and across from the hot tub.
