A 15% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. In case of cancellation the 15% deposit is non-refundable unless the property is rerented for the same period of time to someone else. If rerented we will be happy to reimburse you.
Full Payment is due on Arrival.
Detailed instructions on how to find us will be sent upon confirmation of reservation. - NB: The property is up an unpaved drive which can seem challenging the first time up for those unaccustomed to mountain driving. It is completely manageable and a 4x4 is NOT at all necessary. There is plenty of parking at the top. We guarantee it is worth the effort.There is a short walk up to the cottage from the parking lot.
A welcome pack is included containing wine, coffee, teas, bread, milk, sugar and eggs (when our chickens cooperate).

The bathroom found upstair in the bedroom is small with a toilet and shower while the washbasin has been placed in the bedroom offering spacious counter space, lighting and mirror next to the window where you can watch the ships go by. A generous number of towels are provided along with beach towels.

- 1 Double Bedroom. The bedroom upstairs occupies the entire floor along with the bathroom. The washbasin is in the room itself by the window with an ocean view. An armchair and lamp are in one corner offering a reading nook. The balcony is just off the bedroom and an exterior door leads out to the garden on the southern side of the cottage. There is an armoire and a built-in closet for storage space. Baby cot with bedding available. Extra blankets and pillows.
