Kissimmee Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 13% taxes apply to all rentals; No smoking and no pets Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M Check-Out Time: 10:00
- A $250 deposit on a credit card is required, which is processed through our management company and is applied toward rental cost, in order to book a stay; the remainder is due no later than 10 weeks before the date of arrival. There is a $300 security deposit added to your final payment, which is refundable after inspection of the home and within 7 days of departure. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
- Cleaning fee of $100 on stays of 5 nights or less
Pool/Spa heat is $25 per night or $150 per week—Recommended October through March
5 night minimum on most stays, 7 night minimum on stays during high and holidays
Exception: when certain dates become available between stays
Cancellation Policy
More than 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of $250 Deposit
Between 5 to 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of Total Rental Cost
Less than 5 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of Total Rental Cost
