- Reservation Process
Step 1: guest to click on the tab 'contact owner' to submit request for reservation
Step 2: property owner will respond to guest's request for reservation via email with a rate quote
Step 3: guest reply by email agreeing to the rates and intent to reserve the property
Step 4: property owner will respond with two items, one the rental agreement and second the invoice
Step 5: Once the rental agreement and invoice have been completed the reservation will be complete
Note: the entire reservation process is done electronically via the internet. There is no need to print or fax any documents. - - No pets are allowed
