- Happy Richter's Flat has a very clear and comprehensive Rental Agreement, below we have listed a few important issues.
1. A damage/reservation deposit of €100 is required and must be received within (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure.
2. The payment of 100% of the rental rate is required 6 weeks (45 days) before arrival. Payment method is Bank Transfer. Details will be provided upon your request.
3. Cancellation Charge - More than 45 days of booking date - 100% of deposit. Less than 45 days of booking date - 100% of deposit + 100% of payment
4. Check-in after 3pm. Check out is at 11:30 am. This will allow us time to leave Happy Richters Flat clean and organized for our next guest.
