- The cottage has an extra large bedroom with two twin beds that can be configured as one king. There is a studio apartment attached to the cottage that can be rented to accommodate an extra guest. Studio apartment includes a kitchenette, private deck and entrance, full bath with tub, and a trundle bed that opens into two twin beds or pops up to create one king. The studio can only be rented by the party renting the main cottage (one rental agreement for both spaces) and must be rented for the same duration as the main cottage rental.
