FAMILY DISCOUNT SEASON (Labor Day wknd-Memorial wknd): $100/weeknight(x 2 nts) $300/wknd $600/wk.
A $200 refundable DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required, plus a $100 cleaning fee applies to all stays less than 1 month.
MONTHLY RATES are available peak season $2700/mo or family discount season $1800/mo + Damage Deposit ($500). $150 Cleaning fee will be taken from this damage deposit. Unused portion will be returned.
MONEY ORDER or CLEARED CHECK accepted. Full rent due before arrival and CONFIRMATION sent upon receipt of payment.
WIN/WIN CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not charge a cancellation fee, per se.
In case of cancellation, if we are able to re-rent cottage, the amount of new rent collected will be refunded.

Within one week of stay, if cottage is not rented, rates are marked down from the already good Family Discount rates as follows: 1) $80/weeknight (2 night minimum) 2) $240/weekend (same price for 2 or 3 nights) 3) $480 for an entire week $100 cleaning fee added for every stay + $200 refundable damage deposit
Our home is spotless, almost completely new and has all the ambiance of days gone by. The barn is a perfect place to store RVs, boat or bicycles while you're here.
Newly Constructed Four Winds Casino offers endless entertainment and is only a few minutes away.
