Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cleaning fees are included in 7 night rentals, for stays less than 7 nights, cleaning fee of $90 is added to rental. Tax is not included in rates.
Pool heat is recommended from October to May, and is $25 per day, plus taxes.
Pool water cooling is recommended from June to August, and is $25 per day, plus taxes.
Gas grill is provided at no extra charge. However, the renter is responsible for cleaning and gas.
10% discount for stays of 14 nights (except for Holiday Season), or bookings within 3 weeks of check-in
Saturday to Saturday requests are preferred during busy seasons. Otherwise, dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Please ask for last-minute rates, and bookings in between Saturday through Saturday stays for special discounts! - Booking deposit of $300 is required to secure booking, along with a signed rental agreement. We regret we cannot hold dates without a deposit. Once checked-in, the booking deposit converts to a damage deposit.
