- All bedrooms are on second floor and have ceiling fans as well as a/c vents in ceiling .Very cool and comfortable in the summer.Two Queen beds, two twin beds with pillow top or foam toppers. Linens are in closets . Additional linens are in small upper hall closet to make up the LR queen sleeper sofa if needed. Bath /beach towels provided and are located in white chest near full bath entrance on second floor. Sofa/ twin day bed linens, vinyl mattress protector and pad are in childrens' bedroom closet .Queen sleeper sofa in living room , which can be closed off for privacy.
