Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards accepted.
* 1/3 of your total reservation cost reserves the property with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
* Approximate total rental costs include rental fee, cleaning ($125 - $200, depending on length of stay, number of guests, & season), and 10% Encinitas occupancy tax.
* Rates subject to change until confirmed.
* We offer Savings on Last Minute reservations, Mid-Week Specials, Returning Customer Appreciation Discounts, and Active Military, Law Enforcement & Fire Discounts.
* 2 night reservations considered only at the last minute with a reduced cleaning fee. - * Credit card on file will satisfy the $500 security deposit (like renting a car), or you have the option of accidental damage insurance for just $45.
* Optional add-ons include baby and toddler rentals, accidental damage insurance, travel insurance, and special packages.
* Holiday periods are 10-25% additional to advertised rates. Call (858) 523-0777 for details.
* Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we'll refund you your deposit less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we'll refund whatever we can rebook, less the cancellation fee.
