Mammoth Lakes Condo Details
Downstairs is a coffee shop and beautiful hearth room with a roaring fire, and great mountain photographic exhibits. The pool is one of Mammoth’s few all-season heated pools, beautifully maintained. Even during snow storms kids of all ages can be seen frolicking in shorts and bikinis in the pool and the three spacious out-door hot-tubs! There is also a new game room with Wii, PlayStation and XBox 360, all with wall-mounted flat-screen monitors, vibrating game chairs, wireless remotes and tons of games! Ping Pong, too. Off the lobby there is a ski and snowboard rental and repair shop where you can get an overnight tune-up. Parking is in an underground security garage. There is even a fitness room, and the washer and dryer are just down the hall from your private condo. This is one of the most pleasant and luxurious places to stay in all of Mammoth, and you will be sure to have a fabulous holiday staying in our home!
There are no ''booking fees'' or ''resort fees'' like the mountain charges - just the nightly rate, tax and a very modest $50 departure cleaning fee. We will always come up with a lower total than what the mountain charges for so-called ''comparable units''. Also, please check our calendar (right) for available dates, and price schedule (below) before contacting us. References upon request. Member of Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors since 2003. All reservations confirmed in writing on same business day. Absolutely no smoking.
