Special Notice: This summer our community will be draining the lake in order to repair the dam. The beach/pool area will remain open. There is a lake just minutes from Towamensing Trails in Hickory Run Park. The beach is free and you can enjoy boating and fishing.
Our House: Upon entering this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home you will find a large family room. Snuggle into the comfortable furniture, listen to music and enjoy some meaningful conversations; or belly up to the wet-bar while the kids play games or watch TV. Relax on the decks or barbecue and picnic on the slate patio. Head upstairs to prepare food in the fully-equipped bright kitchen, with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the dinnerware and utensils you might need. Gather together around the stone fireplace in the winter and on chilly summer nights, while watching TV. The full width wrap around deck will extend your living space, giving you easy access to nature and the fresh mountain air.
