Cancellations/changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30-90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the rental and deposit unless we are able to re-book exact days.

The Pottery Barn sofa sleeper in the living room has a top of the line queen size mattress with a down comforter also.
