The breakfast nook with family dining table is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen offering a full oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with ice making facilities and dishwasher. The breakfast bar with bar stools offers additional seating space. Full laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) are situated in the double garage.

The spacious master suite has a king size bed, television, walk-in wardrobes and sliding glass doors directly to the pool. The en-suite bathroom has a relaxing bath, his 'n' her wash basins and separate shower room with seat. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television, walk-in wardrobes and two windows, one of which overlooks the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds and walk-in wardrobes.
