Here you will have the chance to admire many palaces and churches that date back to the Renaissance and Baroque period, as well as numerous Arab-Norman finds. The seaside resorts are visited by many tourists, who love the fine sandy beaches and the blue sea. Moreover, many are the cultural events organized by the town council in July and August.
How to get there: By plane/car: from Palermo or Trapani airport, take the motorway A29. From Catania airport, take the motorway A19. You can rent a car at any Sicilian airport. By sea: ferry-boats (Genoa-Palermo, Civitavecchia-Palermo or Naples-Palermo).
