Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All bookings are charged a 10% tax (this covers state, local, and WORD [Water Oriented Recreation District] taxes)
and a $200 cleaning fee per stay.
1/2 Reservation deposit required to book- remainder is charged 30 days out.
Holiday weekends -3 night minimum-$650 per night.
All holidays are booked at peak rates.
Snowbirds Welcome! Special reduced senior winter rates.
Families are encouraged to stay.

- The house is a three bedroom, and it does offer quite a bit of sleeping capacity. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. It also has a twin bed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom is downstairs and has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom is upstairs. It has one bunk bed that is full on bottom, twin on top with a twin trundle. There are also 2 full beds in the upstairs bedroom. We also have one full futon in the upstairs loft.
