Cancelation Policy : Due to the nature of our summer season from May 1st -September 30th, we require a minimum of 28 days cancellation notice . Cancellations 28-15days before arrival 25% cancellation fee of full rental total,15 -8 days 50% of full rental total, 7-0 days sorry no refund unless able to rebook and then 50% of full rental.
Maximum 6 People but more comfortable for 4 persons.
ABSOLUTELY NO-SMOKING. No shares or groups please.
