Akumal House Details
Downstairs you will relax in the stunning living/dining room that opens to the dazzling pool area. You will be able to dine and entertain on a distinctive, custom made dining table adjacent to a wet bar. The kitchen opens to the pool area and garden so you won’t miss out on any of the fun. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (gas stove top, microwave, and large refrigerator) and has a center island all with amazing imported granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, plates and silverware. Bottled water is also provided. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and has a sliding glass door that opens to the pool area.
Everything needed for a perfect stay is on hand including A/C, ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs with satellite service (all available channels included), wireless internet, gourmet kitchen, laundry area, pool and outdoor dining/living area. Behind the pool, you will see a beautiful jungle garden area. Beyond that, this house backs up to a very large cenote. You will love the endless parade of tropical birds, iguanas, coati, deer, foxes and more.
The Bahia Principe Golf Residences is a new project consisting of homes of modern design and contemporary style in a peaceful environment of 717 acres of tropical jungle paradise. Of that, 223 acres are devoted to a 27 hole golf course, 9 hole par 3 and a practice course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. While visiting Casa las Palmas, you will be able to enjoy the 5 star, all-inclusive luxury of the Gran Bahia Principe resort complex at special guest prices. Casa las Palmas is minutes away from the brand new club house which is due to be completed in Autumn 2009. This club house will include a restaurant, spa, swimming pool, tennis and pro shop.
