Ludlow House Details
Golf, fishing, shopping: There are many beautiful golf courses to choose from for the avid golfer. Okemo Golf Course,Tater Hill Golf Club,Crown Point Country Club, and Proctor-Pittsford Golf Club, to name a few in our area.The Black River,White River and The Battenkill River have produced trophy trout for fly fishermen for years and years. Our tennis court has a synthetic grass surface which drains immediately after rain and is wonderful to play on. We have a gazebo with gardens that overlook our court, and the gazebo has stereo. Manchester Vermont is 45 miles away and is loaded with outlet stores and the original Orvis store. On the way to Manchester is the original Vermont Country Store is in Weston,VT.
Country Kitchen and Great Room: In 2005, we added a 1200 foot addition that includes a massive fieldstone fireplace, oversized gourmet kitchen, and a beautiful screened porch and deck. The kitchen has all the amenities including a solid oak island with stools. We also added two bedrooms upstairs. Our great room has a 52 inch plasma Pioneer Elite television with full entertainment center with surround sound. The stereo is all through the downstairs of the house. The old portion of the house has a beautiful living room and children family room with TV and DVD. There is a wood room and mudroom on entry plus plenty of parking.
