- The Villages ID badge is available at a cost of $50/pair. This gives you free golf at all executive courses as well as use of all pools and recreation centres throughout the Villages. This badge will also allow you to make reservations at all the Country Club restaurants and the popular dinner dance club, Kati Bells.
- Payment: A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in. Damage insurance is required starting at $49 for $1500 of protection. The house must be left close to how you found it with all food removed from refrigerator and trash taken to garage.
A golf cart is provided for your use in The Villages free of charge. You are responsible for any damages caused to the cart and a $500 deductible will apply.

Both mattresses are a high quality natural latex to ensure a restful sleep.
