Old Town Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Book online- price savings will be shown in 'discounts' during checkout.
- *$100 process/service fee will be added to ALL reservations. Stays of 5 or 6 nights during the REGULAR season(s) will receive a $100 discount. . Weekly prices already include a free night OR 10% discount depending on season. NO YEARLY or monthly rentals during winter season. No SMOKING. $500 fully refundable security deposit required for all reservations.
- $500 booking deposit required to hold reservation (book on line at allparkcityrentals website) Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 45 day window will be refunded in full minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will incur a $150 processing fee and are subject to forfeiture of 1st nights rent if we are unable to re book the unit for the same dates. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit entire payment (with exception of security deposit if already paid in full).
