Deposits may also be used for lost keys/locksmith charges, telephone charges, movie charges, unauthorized pets, smoking, trash removal, excessive cleaning fees, or for too many guests. Damage in excess of the security deposit insurance will be charged to your credit card.
Your deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 31 days prior to arrival date. There is a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit 100 percent of full payment. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same period, we will refund your payment less the cancellation fee. - The minimum stay for Memorial Day, Labor Day, or Fourth of July is three nights.
The minimum stay for Thanksgiving is four nights.
The minimum stay for Christmas or New Years is seven nights.
