Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates are $2500 per week or $400 per day if shorter than 1 week.

We require a refundable security deposit of $1000.
There is a $150 cleaning fee on departure.
Daily maid service is available at $35 per day.
