Reservation Deposit & Payment
To confirm your reservation a $220.00 deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Discounts for long stays.
Rates are subject to 13% sales tax.
Processing fee and Property Protection fee $85
Cleaning fee $90+13%tax
A $220 deposit is required at time of booking and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date - Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs.
Date Change Request
Any request to change a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit of $220.00.
Cacellations made within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.
