- A deposit of $100 will hold a reservation for the following year until Jan 30 of the reservation year. On Jan 30, half of the weekly rate would be due. Any reservation made for the current year will require a deposit of half of the weekly rate. All balances are due to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
We are PayPal friendly. Credit cards can be used through our PayPal account with a 3% additional fee. - Cancellations: All reservations cancelled anytime before arrival will be refunded less 20% of the weekly rate ONLY if the property re-rents.
Lost Key: There is a $25 fee if we have to bring you a key after hours. A $10 fee for any key not returned.
